What do you think. I'm confused.?

So my friend's ex texts her a lot still and annoys her, and she has moved on and got another boyfriend. So... main part. He knows I like him, and he texts me. The night he found out we were texting, and he was like, "What do you like about me?" I told him what I thought, and asked the same question. He said, "I can't choose. I like how you have a lot." What does he mean? typo or not. I don't have a clue. He flirts with me and when he is at his friends, he comes to my house most of the time, or hangs out. So My question is.. What does he mean? Is he over my friend? Does he like me? and also... If he likes me... what do I do?!?!?!!?!??!
