If he just wants me for ?

Why does he hang around after he gets it? He will stay the night and well into the next day doing things with me like cooking, watching movies, cuddling, talking etc. He knows i have feelings for him but he hasnt told me if he has feelings for me. He did say a month ago he wanted a relationship but he wants to take it slow. We only see eachother 1-3 times a week and hell go a few days without talking to me. Hes so confusing! Why does he hang around if he just wants ?
