Is there any rental halls, banquet, or room around the Chicago 60608 area that is affordable. Please help!?

Hello, I trying to find a place that can accommodate about 50-70 people for my golden birthday. Does anyone know of a place to rent for a day or just the evening for a decent price? I'm on a very tight budget. Thanks
