Girls, i need your advise. Does this girl like me?

We have been friends for almost two years and i recently got out of a relationship with one of her friends and a couple days after she talked to me and she acted really nervous and she said "im surprised people dont say we should go out." she also hugs me alot but for the past week or so she hasnt been really talking to me even when i say hey to her. What does that mean and does she like me or not?
