Any New Update on Joran Van Der Sloot?

There is no doubt that I think Joran Van der Sloot is not a good person and has problems. And ya 2 missing beautiful girls is something very serious and that they need to find out what the truth is. But we all need to look at the facts befor we can say someone is innocent or guilty. I can see why some people think he is guilty but I can also see why some people think he is innocent too. We all know the reasons why people think he could be guilty but please tell me why he would turn himself in if guilty? why he had no marks on his body if Stephanie faught her attacker? and why and how Elton Garcia new or thought Steffanie and Joran was missing in the first place to call the cops befor the hotel found the body? Elton Garcia invited Joran to go to that poker tournament, he knew Stephanie and Joran befor the murder, and when questioned by the police he denied it. Why did the FBI give joran all that money befor he went to Peru and didn't have enough evidence to arrest him then but all of a sudden now they do? Why isn't anyone releasing the whole video tape of the night outside his hotel room but just bits and pieces of it? Its been almost 5 months now and how come they still haven't identified if that was Joran DNA underneath Stephanie finger nails? I am confused on what to think. So I am not saying he didn't do it (because he was there) so he is a suspect but I am also not saying he did do it (because I don't know all the facts). if anyone knows more information please update me.
