First day of school outfit! Also which shoes?

The outfit if cute but i would lose the vest it is too much. I like the first shoes better. The watch will be worth it if you plan on wearing it a lot. I think this out fit is over all pretty cute! Have fun in college! Luck and lollipops!!! :)
