Does anyone know about bronchitis?

I have bronchitis & the mucus wont come up, it just keeps getting stuck & it feels like i cant breathe & i freak out & panic. Any ideas why this is happening or how to prevent it? Also, does anyone know if bronchitis can cause vomiting? Thank you.
