I have beef stock in it as my liquid, then added some Parsley and Oregano and dried onions. I'm not a big onion fan, but my husband is, so shaking some dried onions in is our compromise, lol. Last time I made it, it wasn't the most flavorful. What else could I add to it? I have alot of seasonings on hand...just don't know what would be best to add. About 2 hours before its done, I add potatoes and then carrots. Thanks for your suggestions in advance!!
