Is there anyone out there that can fill me in on what happened on Sabrina the Teenage Witch?

i stopped watching as soon as she graduated high school, and now that I've noticed the show still runs on ABC fam she's in college...she's not with Harvey(she sux!!) and then she works at some magazine?? is there anyone that could possibly tell me what happened when she graduated HS up until "now"...er the end? [i've been looking all over the net so see if anyone out there has the storyline]
