How do i discourage my one year old from putting EVERYTHING in her mouth? And paper!?

My daughter is crawling like crazy and in the brink of walking but she still puts everything in her mouth and it freaks me out. Also how could i get her from talking paper, ripping it and trying to chew and eat it. how do i stop both of these problems?
